GATHER : The transition /switch stage between the Run Up and Delivery stride is called gather

BACK FOOT Landing :

Coaching Points

1. Keep cones or hurdles

2. Make use of Elastic bands to add resistance to improve leg drive and momentum.

3. Ensure Straight Running Lines throughout the action

4. The net and cones provide Visual Lines , in order to maintain a straight line

5. Add hurdles in the run up which can be executed in Jog or Full Pace run up

6. The Hurdles force the knee to drive in a straight line

7. Keep cones for the follow through to be in a straight line after delivery.
