Agility over 10-20 metres between poles. From black cone, sprint towards coach - field it and throw back to mitt. Continue around pole (blue) and run towards next feeder - flat catch (blue line) and throw back to mitt. Finally run U-shape around pole and field green ball which is thrown at PUGG. New player starts drill. Use 1-5 or 1-6 ratio of work/rest.
1. Stay low on ground ball - using right technique
2. Stay low in PUGG throw - replace feet on short throw
3. Long arms in flat catch - preparation of hands.
