DESCRIPTION

Advanced triangle drill encompassing Line Drives, direct hits, Backing up, throws above stumps to keepers, High catches and runouts at the bowlers end.

COACHING POINTS

Player A performs a ladder skill and receives a line drive from Trainer
Player A attempts a direct hit at the single stump with player B1 backing up and then throwing to the wicket keeper.
Trainer then hits a high catch for player B1 to run and take in position B2.
B2 then throws to the bowlers end on the bounce with player C taking dislodging the bails to complete the runout.
Ball gets returned to the trainer and the round starts again.
Possible adjustments adding in a further catch for player A once he completes 2nd ladder.
