Handball Game - No running wit...

5 vs 5 game (can be played with or without goals).Game 1:Possession keeping game where all passing is with the hands by throwing and catching. Teams score a point for every 10 passes they make without losing the ball.Game 2:Alternatively you can play this game with goals. All passes must be made with the hands (players can't run with the ball in hand) and players can only score with a header.

Teams: - Two teams with an equal number of players face off (e.g., 6 vs. 6 or more depending on space). <br>The Objective: - Eliminate all players on the opposing team by hitting them with a ball. - If you hit an opponent and the ball touches them before hitting the ground, they are &quot;out.&quot; <br>Gameplay: - Players start behind a line on their respective sides. - Balls are placed in the center at the start of the game (often called a rush). - Players run to grab the balls and begin throwing them at the opposing team. <br>Elimination: - A player is out if: - They are hit by a ball (and the ball doesn't hit the ground first). - Their thrown ball is caught by an opponent (the catcher may also bring a teammate back into the game). - A player is NOT out if the ball hits the ground, wall, or another surface first. <br>Dodge and Catch: - Players dodge the ball to avoid being hit. - Catching the ball eliminates the thrower and may allow a teammate to re-enter the game. <br>Boundaries: - Players must stay within the designated playing area. If they step out, they are considered &quot;out.&quot; <br>Winning the Game: - The team that eliminates all players on the opposing side wins the round. - Games can be played in a single-round format or as a best-of series.

Two hoops are attached to the top corners of both goals with ropes. A small mat is placed on the goal line. The playersgroup is divided into two teams. The objective of this game is to throw the ball onto the ground in such a way that it either bounces onto the opponent’s mat or passes through one of the hoops.The teams play according to handball rules.A point is awarded if the ball bounces onto the opponent’s mat.Two points are awarded if the ball bounces through a hoop.No one is allowed to enter the circle around the goal.To make it more challenging:<br>Only bounce passes are allowed when crossing the playing field.At least three players from the team must have touched the ball before a point can be scored.Multiple (different) balls can be used in the game.Variations:<br>Play with one goal. If a team intercepts the ball, they must first pass it over the center line before they are allowed to score.<br><br><br><br>

At the signal of the game leader's whistle, the riders jump off their horses and walk a full lap (either left or right) around the circle until they return to their horse. All players have a ball and spread out across the hall. The players walk/run around the room while dribbling the ball. After a while, the coach gives a signal, such as turning off the music. Then, the coach calls out a number from 1 to 4, with each number corresponding to a specific task:The players throw the ball against the wall and catch it again.The players circle the ball around their waist.The players throw the ball up, spin 360° around, and catch the ball again.The players dribble the ball alternately with their left and right hands, very low to the ground.The task is completed until the signal sounds again or the music is turned back on.Making it harder:Come up with more difficult tasks.Add more tasks.Instead of numbers, use different symbols or hand signals that players must spot from the coach while dribbling.

In the hall, depending on the number of players, four ball crates or open springboards are placed in a square formation. Each crate contains the same number of balls.At the starting signal, players run to a different crate, grab a ball, and bring it back to their own crate without dribbling. The team with the most balls in their crate when the final signal is given wins.Making it harder:<br>You may block other players' paths.You must dribble the ball back to your own crate.You may steal the ball from a dribbling player in a correct manner.<br>

Two equal teams play with one ball in half the court. Two players who are on neither team hold an elastic cord (or a spare bib/piece of material) to form a moving goal. These two players must run around the pitch, keeping the goal open (stretched out). The aim of the game for the other players is to score a goal into this moving goal through use of a bounce pass.

Teams and Setup:Two teams are divided across two halves of the playing field.Each team secretly chooses a king or queen without revealing who it is to the other team.Objective:Protect the king/queen on your team.Eliminate the other team by hitting their players with the ball. If the king/queen is hit, the entire team loses the game.Gameplay:A standard game of dodgeball is played.Players can throw the ball to eliminate opponents by hitting them.If a player is hit, they go behind the opposing team's field and become a defender.Defenders are responsible for retrieving the ball and throwing it back to their team.The king/queen must be protected without giving away their identity, so teammates need to play strategically.Defenders' Role:Defenders who are behind the opposing team’s field can try to hit opponents to bring their own eliminated teammates back into the game.If all players are eliminated from one team, the defender steps into play with three lives and tries to hit opponents to allow their team to re-enter

Setup:Divide the gym into two playing fields.Designate one player to be the spy and send them to the opposing team's field.Provide the spies with vests to distinguish them.<br>Gameplay:On a signal, the spy attempts to intercept passes while the opposing team passes the ball among themselves.If a pass is intercepted by the spy, the passer becomes a spy as well and joins in intercepting the ball.The game continues until one team is fully converted into spies.

Everyone stands in a circle, facing inward with their legs spread apart, so that you can touch the feet of the person next to you. Using your fists, you hit the ball further within the circle.Make it harder: If the ball goes through someone's legs, they may only play with one hand for the rest of the game.Space: You can adjust the space by either making it larger or smaller.Add more balls to the game: Introduce multiple balls into the game for added challenge.Variations: Every time the ball goes through your legs, you get a letter from the word &quot;DONKEY&quot;. The first person to spell out the word &quot;DONKEY&quot; is the loser, of course!

Two teams with an equal amount of balls stand inside their own area. On the coach's call the teams start throwing the balls at the other team (below waist height - players are not trying to hurt one another). When the trainer whistles again the balls are counted. The team that has least balls in their area wins a point.

Two teams with a random number of players compete in a limited area. A point is scored when an attacker passes the ball to a seated teammate, who then returns the ball to a free-standing teammate. Afterward, the roles of attackers and defenders are switched.Making it harder:Play continues immediately after a point is scored.A point can be scored if a teammate catches the ball while riding on another player's back.A point can also be scored if a player is standing on a bench positioned at the sides of the field (for safety reasons).

Two opposing equal sides both start on the baseline of the area with 3 balls on the center line (half as many balls as there are players). On the coach's call players sprint to try and collect the ball and claim it for their team. Once in possession of the ball players are trying to hit the opposition's cones whilst at the same time protecting their own cones. The winning team is the first team to hit all of their opponent's cones.

Two equal numbered teams play against each other with normal rules.The only additional rule is that at no stage may a team be ahead more then 1 goal. So at 1-0 the team who are ahead have to keep possession until the end of the game.Only if the opposition scores may they try to score again.Play this way with 5-10 minute games with regular break.
