Drill- Capture the ball

DESCRIPTION
There are two teams with an equal number of balls in each quarter. Players run into the other half to collect a ball whilst avoiding being tug. Once they get a ball, dribble it back to their teams` balls. The team also need to protect their own balls from the other team by tigging players that enter their half. The team with the most balls in their half after 2 mins wins.

Hi Stephen,

I think this was supposed to have said tag or tagged? As players must take ball from one half and dribble them back into their own zone!
