Set up 2x20x20 zones with a 5mtr corridor in the middle.

Start with half of the players with a colored bib in each zone with a ball each. general ball movement with steps and turns at low intensity. Progress to 20 second excellerated dribbling/change of direction-20 second recovery. Repeat it 4 times. In the same area go through the full range of dynamic stretches.

Back in the same 2 zones but with 1 ball per group. Introduce various technical aspects i:e: look away before receiving, 1st touch into advantage space, eye contact and body position to receive the ball the way you wish to travel. Progress to pass and sprint across to opposite zone.....quick accurate 1 touch pass and move. Progress to using the full square and begin with 1 ball. The idea is to intregrate all of the points previously covered. The players will play to alernate color.....red-blue-red etc; with everyone on the move. When it is working introduce a second or even third ball. Guage the quality of passing, spatisal awareness and decision making. This can take 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, B & D on receiving repeat by dribbling to the cone, passing to A&C respectively backpedal to start then sprint to central cone and back and so on. All as fast as poss
