Junior college team (18 yr old males - competitive)
What is a nice series of warm up excercises.
We also need a good set of drills for "off the ball movement", and Transitioning from defense to forwards.
Also a good set of simple "attacking" drills
We are a better than average team, but always looking for expert advice and new ideas.
