Hi Darren,
The easiest way to do this at the moment would be to save your session as a PDF (via the "Print/Export" button) and then email the PDF to yourself so that you can view it on your phone.
Alternatively you might like to download our iPhone app which would allow you to view your session plans on your phone. The advantage of the app is that it downloads the sessions you open while connected to the internet (wi-fi or 3/4G) to your phone's memory, meaning you can still open and view the full session, even if you've got no internet connectivity at all.
