i run a under 7 team, what drills would you use in keeping the players in there positions on the field?
Hi Stuart, When I ran an Under 7s team last year I found that players do often flock towards the ball but is does get better the more matches they play. You need to decide which players are suited to the best position for their ability and try and work with this system in training and during matches. If you play small sided matches in training, try and stop the game when players start to drift out of position and point out the errors. Just keep plugging away! Hope this helps. Adam, Hoole England
