Hi Lexi, To make the "Dribble, Drive and Strike" drill more challenging, you can consider the following modifications:
Increase Speed and Pressure: Encourage players to complete the drill at a faster pace. Introduce a time limit for each run to add pressure.
Add Defenders: Introduce passive defenders initially, and then progress to active defenders who try to intercept the ball or block the shot.
Reduce Space: Narrow the dribbling path by placing the cones closer together, requiring tighter control and precision.
Weaker Foot: Require players to use their weaker foot for dribbling and shooting to improve their overall skill set.
Vary Shooting Targets: Instead of always aiming for the far corner, set up different target zones in the goal to improve accuracy.
