how can i push in bank of 4 in small sided 7 a side in attack .and defend aswell.

You split one half of a football pitch into half and the split it once again. In each half have a back four. Then put 2 attackers in each of the opposite side to the back fours. Have two GK's 1 for each team. Start by allowing no players to cross the half way line. Then move onto allowing full backs outs and finish with any player passing in can move into the section. All players must leave the section if they lose possesion.
