Hi, can anyone suggest an effective warm up routine / drill for an under 12's side before a match?
With my team I always keep it very simple, building the tempo as we get closer to kick off.
Hope this basic structure helps. Would like to hear how other coaches do this as well.
I think this is great. Only thing I would do is reverse No. 1 and No. 2 As warming up should be first and when passing in pairs they may overstretch and pull something.
