Hello, I have just started two new football teams within a school. They are both aged 16-18. Our first team is going really well, winning most games, however, whilst still unbeaten, the second team is drawing every match. I am convinced that these are great results, however the team morale seems a bit low, particularly the second team. The skill and talent is there, I was just wondering if there was a good structure for weekly training sessions? I was hoping that there was a strategy for working with new teams as well? Thanks.
I don´t know if it helps but when i start with new teams I start working on getting to know each of them and let the know me and what i want through games.Games are the best on forming the group well.wish it helps
