Im going to be running the u7s for my club next season ive got five kids already so i will have a good 6 months with them. What will be the best approach to have with regards to training. Im new into coaching too

You`re really fortunate to be working with the kids at a crical part of their learning journey. At this age you should focus on the technical aspects of the game. Don`t try and introduce tactics, that can come much later.
Don`t get distracted by results, just concentrate on making each session fun for the kids and let the game itself build their love for it.
Speak to the parents early to set their expectations and to ask for their support. Kids all develop at different times but they must be given the same opportunites so equal game time is a must
