U14 Girls soccer practices are they any better in hotter tempatures that way the girls get used to the hot weather when they play league games and see them not giving 100% percent because of the tempature or is it better in normal weather and the girls give you better resuls at practice because thier not huffing and puffing
I believe that when a girl loves soccer she will and shall give you 100% of her time and effort to practice and learn to win the games. Being coach you would have to be a bit more strict and not let them complain, frequent water breaks every 15min and let them stretch a bit in place to relax the muscles. Change up the drills and ask them what they think they need to be doing and need more help in!
