Start with the ball between the heels of both feet. Using your stronger foot, flick the ball up using your opposite leg for purchase. At the same time, rotate your body, the opposite way to your flicking foot. Your next touch should come with the same foot that you used to flick

Start by getting the ball in the air and keeping it up. When you feel comfortable, take a small touch and quickly loop the opposite leg up and over the ball and back down to control it. Carry on with keeping the ball in the air when the movement has been completed.
