How can i find the drills where there are only one player. I train by myself so i need drills just for one person?
Hi Dana,
I have been creating training drills for over 5 years. I always analyse very well the training session that I want to provide and then I go through every single movement of the player in my mind to develop the drill.
One thing I will suggest you is that you design specific drills for yourself based on whatever you want to improve. Just think about what moves you want to train in your session and then add cones, hurdles, speed ladder etc. accordingly.
If you would like some help with that, please don`t hesitate to contact me.
Regards,
