intergrate games they understand like stuck in the mud, every player has a ball apart from chaser has a ball if touched they must pick the ball up above ther heads, the only way they can be released is by someone passing the ball through there legs, this will encourage head up a talking, the progression from this is if the player passing through the legs kicks the ball to far away the chaser can kick it out and that player is out unitl restart ofdrill
