I was speaking to my players at my last training session about where most goals are kicked in a football match, are you aware of any stats on the subject, for example how many goals are kicked inside the 18 yard box as opposed to out side the box.

I cannot tell you exact figures but most goals are scored in the 18 yard box or in the 6 yard box. It depends on the level of your team but players shooting from outside the box will be not as accurate on a consistent basis.
