I have a dilema in my under 12s team 3 of them want to take the next penalty we get how do I solve this problem???

Hello Jack,

I would have a friendly competition at the end of practice. Have each player take 5 penalty kicks alternating your goalies (if you have multiple). The player with the best average is the first choice for PK's.
