Do you have any tricks I can teach my girls to get them motivated at the beginning of a session.
try making the session there session ,ask them in the previous session what they would like to do and if they say to play foot-ball then start the session with a game then do the topic you want to do.This will get the team intrested in the session aswell as giving them a sense of contole of the session
I think a lot of girls don't do tricks so much and tend to get a bit bored and sometimes demoralised as being skilled at tricks takes time. What girls lack in tricks they tend to make up in passing ability, I think give them lots of opportunity to touch the ball and build up from there. I think if you watch them they will often start to try and do something, take that as your cue to try something new.
