How do I get my team of 15 year olds to talk on the park they are great at training but can't transfer this to a game.
This may seem a bit corny but try it!
if you play with 4 defenders or 3 defenders you can use this for the other positions in the field.
lets have 3 defenders 2 forwards 1 mid
the leftt defender has a blind fold so the other defenders must talk to the blind one to position him in the right space or distance while they are being attacked by the 2 forwards who move at will the mid field is for support only back passes. you can do this with 4 defenders. same idea. then you can incorporate defenders with 3 midfield and one is blind in mid field being attacked by 3 forwards and 3 mid fielders. It is crazy but it works
