try doing a "crossbar challenge",starting at the 18yrd line. then moving back 10 yrds at a time untill you reach half way.(builds for great competition between players! and a lot of fun!) you could also try training for drop-kicks using a rugby ball as it focuses on technique and body shape and movement. (brings a varation to training)
