Intercept and collect game

Three teams of three, only two teams have a ball though - these two teams are the blues and the greens. The teams with the ball are only allowed to dribble the ball and pass to players on their own team. The third team (white) tries to defend and snatch all the balls. If they are successful at intercepting or tackling the ball they take it back to their area (blue box). Once a team has lost the ball they go and collect a new ball from their area. How long until the white team has all the ball in their area?

Defender vs Attacker - 1 vs 1

On the coach's call players from both sides try to dribble towards the goal as quickly as possible. At the same time though a defender must try and prevent the attacker from getting a shot off on goal.

Dribble and Avoid

Working inside the D players must attempt to dribble around and keep their ball whilst the red players are aiming to snatch the balls away. Once a players has been dispossessed they either get their ball and join back in or you can play a last man standing game to see who can keep their ball for the longest period of time.

Dribble Dash

The blue players must try and dribble their ball from one side of the court to the other without having their ball snatched away by one of the defenders.
