Heading Confidence - Part I

Rating: 5
from 2 members ratings

In part 1 of this double-header we aim to improve:

  1. Heading Confidence,
  2. Heading Accuracy and
  3. Hand-eye coordination required for throw ins

What's in the Session?

We start with a couple of pairs heading exercises, allowing you the chance to go round your players and observe their technique - ensuring they keep their eyes open and make good contact with the ball using their forehead.

Once everyone has got their eye in we bring things to a head with three games! All these great games are designed to practice and encourage as much heading on goal as possible.

Use your head and check out these double header sessions (click here to view Heading - Part II)!
