In this Sportplan session we aim to help you to reduce the amount of extras bowled by your side during their innings and prevent untidy bowling - with the main areas of attention being on cutting out wides and no-balls.

To ensure your side have a better bowling consistency this session starts with a bowling related warm-up so that your seamers are focused from the start before then progressing the skill - challenging your players to bowl straight and improve their line and length!
