What's in the Session?
To make sure no player is left behind we start with a pairs target throwing drill. The benefit of starting small like this is that it's a great ice-breaker and gets everyone involved. Once everybody is warmed up and awake we then move towards progressively larger group drills, building up to the final fun Ground Fielding Game!
Performing without pressure is easy though, that's why the games in this session are designed to be played at a high intensity! The speed and pace of these drills will test your players and see how they perform under game pressure.
