Don't be put off by the fact that this is a junior session, it can easily be adapted for older players. To make these games and drills applicable to older players simply increase the distances and size of playing areas.
What's in the session?
Starting with an agility and speed warm up we then keep our foot on the pedal as we challenge your players to catch and throw at speed over varying distances. After this it's time for a spot of friendly competition before continuing to develop your players' throwing, catching and bowling skills.
Encourage your players to push themselves and improve their hand eye coordination with this complete session - covering everything from warm up to final fun game!
