Change direction shooting

Have a chair set up about 18-20 feet away from the basket. You can set the chair up on either side of the court. The purpose of the drill is to teach players to go at speed, beat their defender with a dribble move then go into a shot.

Shooting

Close Out- Box Out Drill

Players set up as shown in video clip. The line of players under the basket will each have a basketball. A pass will be made from the line on the baseline to the line at the top.
