2 Ball Dribble

Dribble out with a ball in each hand.

As above, but one ball passes under one of your legs.

Once you have mastered the 2 ball dribble, add a crossover by switching which ball is being controlled by which hand.

First stage in dribbling ball between the legs. Start with feet shoulder width apart, bouncing the ball outside the right foot. Lead forwards with left foot. As the foot plants and the weight transfers forwards, bounce the ball under the leg and collect it with the left hand.

Transfer the ball over a bench whilst seated, behind the back. Forces control as players cannot adjust their feet to make allowances for poor control.

Bribble the ball along the floor. When you come to the bench, dribble the ball on the bench. The different material of the bench will require adaptation by the player to power input to the ball and control.

Creative Dribbling

Dribbling on the spot or on the move, get creative and do every dribble move you can think of as fast as you can. Imagine there is a defender in front of you or that you have to get past.

Dribble around the leg

Dribble the ball around one leg and through the legs. Keep the hand not dribbling the ball tucked into the chest. Alternate hands to improve the less dominant hand.
