The match practice will be played with Rubgy rules where the ball can only go forwards or sideways to aid in quicker attacks Each set of players on the attack has 5 balls to score as many goals as they can. The centre two blue players can no go in to the wings, and likewise the attacking wingers cannot go in to the centre. The defenders can go anywhere. The ball must be crossed in from the wing to score. If the ball goes backwards, then the attempt is dead. The defenders should just play the ball back to the coach in the centre circle.
