Watch & listen for coaches demonstrations and commands; Inside Turn - turn 180 degrees with the inside of the foot. Outside Turn - turn 180 degrees with the outside of the foot. Pull Back/Drag Back - Using the sole of your foot, drag the ball 180 degrees. Encourage soft touches, slow down to perform the skill, speed up following the turn.
