Players separated to the four white cones as shown in the image. Each cone represents a clocks hour. PROGRESSION 1 Coach calls how the players should move. Players react to the coaches call eg.+3. Players should speed up and dribble towards the designated hour. For example a +3 for player B means that he has to dribble to hour 6. The player should dribble back to his starting position for his teammate to execute the same sequence. PROGRESSION 2 Same sequence but know the coach calls out a mathematical equation!!
