
4 cones set up in a square 10m x 10m. 2 players each dribble around the square. Prog 1. Change the direction. Prog 2. Change from a square to doing a figure of 8 around the cones. Also, a Line of cones. Different 2 players dribble between the cones in one direction and then dribble straight back to start. Repeat.
On Square: Encourage one side fast, the other slower. Try to catch up with your partner. One line: Accuracy when going around the cones. Speed when dribbling back to start. Periodically switch players between the Square and the Line.
