Players work with two cones and one ball between each pair. the cones should be placed a metre apart to form a goal. One player is the defender and the other is the attacker. The attacker is trying to score by running through the cones while the defender is trying to shield them away from the goal and make a tackle. Players can score from either side of the goal.
