Simon Hadley Coach, United Kingdom

DESCRIPTION

1. Play starts with a pass into one of the three attacking teams: the blues, the yellows or the greens 2. Once the ball has entered a box, a defender can enter from the small central box and can try to win possession 3. The team in possession must make four passes within the box before they can transfer to another attacking player from one of the other two attacking teams 4. Once the ball is played in, all players from the receiving team have to move into the box to support player on the ball 5. When the ball transfers to a new box, all players not on the new possession team must vacate the box. The aim is that the defenders (red) to press and drop as the ball moves around the large area. It is designed to stop players pressing several players and to work as a group.
