Ball starts with the defender who plays a pass to the winger who in turns passes to the CM. The CM then plays a pass through the cones for the attacker to run onto. The CM makes a foward run to support the attacker. The attacker then either takes a shot or chooses to play it to the CM who can take a shot. Each player then moves to the position they have just passed to with the attacker joining the back of the line beside the goal. Progrestion is to have a player defending the goal.
Each player is limited to just two touches. There should be plenty of movement from all players with posative body shape. As the drill goes on the players are expected to speed the process up.
