
Warm Up 1: Plyers runs to other side, when coach blows whistle, player stops and turns in the other direction, blows whistle again and continues back in the other direction. When back to ball, player picks up ball, drops it and trys to control the ball by stepping on it. Warm Up 2: Players run to other side, when whistle is blows players run backwards, when whistle blows again, they run forward. End the same way with player pickuing up ball and then controlling it by stepping on it. Warm Up 3: Players walk with ball trying to dribble keeoiing it close. Whistle blows players need to stop the ball by stepping on it.
