Mark out a box of 20 by 15 meters or bigger or smaller depending on numbers of players you have. Get all the players in the box or rectangle and then put in 2, 3, or 4 footballs again depending on numbers so you have around a third of the group with a ball. first have the ball in the players hands and they throw it between each other (under arm throws) Then move onto a chest pass. Then move onto doing throw-ins so the players have do a throw-in to pass the ball to each other. If easier make the players throw it from one side of the box to the other whilst staying on the move. Then put the ball on the floor so the players can get used to the balls and the surface.
