DESCRIPTION

  1. Four sided pitch divide into two.
  2. players will be divided into to two teams.
  3. They will play a tennis like match using a football.
  4. To score the ball should land on the opposite team`s field or the player kick it out side the field.
  5. The player who scored will do the serving.

COACHING POINTS

  • First touch is as important as scoring.
  • always offer your self
  • try often
  • learn from your mistakes

note:

  • if it is too hard allow one bounce
  • if it is too easy limit the touches per player or do combinations
