3 teams play, in the divided into the 2 zones, pitch. Two teams play together versus chasing team. The chasing team plays between the two possession teams and tries to get the ball. If they win the ball, they attempt to attack to the goal (against the team who lost the ball). Chasing team decides, how many players can to go to pressing and how many stay on the border. Every team plays 5 min inside.
Possession team attempt to keep possession in the own zone and be patient to find safe pass line to the other side.
Chasing team attempt to move their players and tries to create a short-term overload in the small area to regain the ball. Lead the opponent's playing to your own way.
