Basically Netball with the foot.
Start with 2v2. Use cones about 1.5m apart as goals.
Player who receives the ball cannot run or dribble, only turn on the spot with the ball.
If a player has received the ball and has it under control, he may not be tackled (ball can be intercepted when passed like in Netball).
Other players must move into space to receive the ball, defenders must track.
Progress to 3v3 then full-sided game.
Can also be progressed to allow receiver to make one dribble before they MUST pass or shoot (like Basketball).
Focus on movement, accurate passing and good communication.
