The objective of this drill is to compete 1 v 1 against an opponent and score all of your teams balls.
One team will start with the opportunity to score. The coach will decide either red or blue.
The player must call out the name of the person on the side to receive the ball from. The players on the side are spread out per team and each have a ball.
The player must then score a goal in the end that they are shooting. The defending player must block the chance and prevent a shot.
Once one player has got a shot away, they then become the defender and the other player must then call out a name for them to receive the ball. They will shoot at the opposite end.
The drill is finished when all of the players on the outside have served their balls into the middle.
The losing team, including the goalkeeper, must do a lap of the pitch.
