Soccer Dribbling and Juggling Warm-up

DESCRIPTION

Players dribble anyway they want inside the circle as long as they are using their both feet for 2 whole minutes.

Players juggle for 1 minutes using their feet only trying to alternate from right to left.

Players dribble with the inside and outside of the each foot with the following right foot inside outside inside outside then switch to the left foot do the same and switch feet do this for 2 minutes.

Players Juggle with their thighs and feets for 1 minute again remind the players to switch feet whilist they juggle.

players need to work on their cuts and turns the players should be able to cut the ball quickly and have a short sprint after cutting or turning the ball make sure players explore with inside and outside of the foot cuts and staying with the ball when they cut do this for 2 minutes.

instruct the players to juggle again this time they juggle with their feet and pop the ball to the chest and back down to the feet for 1 minute.

the players can turn up the pace and play it with speed avoiding collsions cuts and turns players can do this for 1 minute.

COACHING POINTS

The player must check surroundings

The players need to keep the ball close 

And to use all their feet whilist dribbling .
