7v7 Transition Game + Keepers.
Each half is split into 2 zones - Front half and Defensive half.
If a team is able to work the ball into one of the opponets zones without an opposition player there, they receive points.
1 point for Front half.
2 points for Defensive half.
1 point for a goal.
The game ends when a team scores 3 points. Losing team does 10 push ups.
Once push ups are done, play again. Work for 15-20 minutes with rests every 3 points. Ensure that players are provided with appropriate rest to kep intenstiy high.
Aim is to get the players:
-Slow down the attack through jockeying. Allow your players time o retreat.
-Get back behind the ball once your team has lost it.
