Distance between cones can be adjusted according to skill level.

Blue player stands behind single cone.
Red player passes ball to one side of the single cone.
Blue player passes ball back then moves to other side of single cone.
Blue player can tell which side for Red to pass the ball.
Red player can tell Blue player which side he is going to pass the ball.
STATION 3
Players pass the ball to each other.
2 touch, receiving and passing on same foot.
2 touch, receiving with one foot and passing with the other.

STATION 4
Players stand behind thwe cones at oppositie ends.
Players receive the ball on one side of the cone, then pass the ball back on the other side of the cone moving behind it.
2 touch - receive with one foot, pass with the other.
Change direction.
Station 5
Blue player starts between green cones.
Red player starts between yellow cones.
Blue player passes the ball to Red player who passes it back then runs backwards to orange cones.
Blue player passes the ball to Red player who passes it back then runs backwards to red cones.
Blue player then runs to stand between orange cones.
Red player passes the ball to Blue player who passes it back then runs backwards to yellow cones.
Red player passes the ball to Blue player who passes it back then runs backwards to green cones.
