Players work in pairs and start 8 yards from cones. 1 player dribbles out to cones, performs figure of 8 and returns to start and gives ball to partner who does the same.
Progression - 1. Players start opposite sides of cones, player with ball performs figure of 8, turn and pass from back cone to partner at opposite start point.
2. Same as the first progression but player returns to start point, turns and dribbles back to cones then passes to partner and returns to start position
