Ball control / passing drill.
Weave through slalam untill centre block. Perform shoulder drop and make sprint run to side of opposite gate. Person at opposite gate then repeats.
Progression:
Use ball to weave. Perform basic or advanced skill at centre. Look for pass to oppsite player after skill.
Add a 1-2 option after pass.
Start slow to ensure ball control is mastered. Increase pace as confidence on the ball increases.
Try to use both feet whilst weaving in and out or use inside outside of strong foot then week foot
Correct weight of pass. Keeping the quality of football as tiredness sets in.
