DESCRIPTION

Mini course, always moving

Player controls ball through the cones.  At the end of the cone, passes the ball to the yellow cone for later

Continue running through the ladder/poles

At the top, side step running

At the corner, backwards running..  Turn around at the yellow point and pick up the ball and run forward around the last cone to do the course again
