This works both ways. Defending and attacking. There will be a person on the red con passing the ball to the attackers (Blue cons) then the attacker who gets the pass will turn and attack the goal but depending on which side the player passes to the defenders (green cons) will run up and try and tackle the attacker before he can shoot on goal.
Tell the attackers to step off the cns to receive the ball and tell them that their first touch should be good enough to let them turn.
